How can we work properly?

Sometimes I think like "what am I doing here?" and the asking same question frequent is growing up. THE reason is I think I am working hard and late!!

Many books say concentrate on your work in working time and leave early, which will be the most efficient way both in your work and life. I do know and agree with it.

But Korean society doesn't allow employees go home early. 

Working in a company needs plenty of co-works. So it may require many discuss and meetings. If I leave my office early, some works definitely will be late-scheduled and delayed. It is why I cannot go home and I need to hold my responsibilities.

To escape and change this situation, I have been thinking of many ways.

1. Give the priority - We have to focus onto important things

Sometimes there are some works which is urgent and very important. Such works should be done in the morning when our brain works well and functionally. Also some research says from 10a.m. to 12a.m. is the time we can concentrate on our works. (I agree with it)

2. Make a To-Do list - We can handle our time properly.

It's true and works well. It is what I do when I lose my way and don't know how I start my work.

Making a list and back to above No.1 to give the priority. No needs written in Microsoft office nor any computer note. Just simply write down and then you will realize what I meant.

Maybe there more ways to work properly, but I think above two things are most essential part in working time. I am sure most of them have already known them, but please keep in mind that being a successful man is not doing new thing. Doing usual and normally things continuously is the best and closest way to be a successful man.
