The answer is clear, just download the App in Play Store with the keyword "launcher wp8" and it's free.
After installing, you can find your theme was changed to Window8 one as below.
Apparently, it provides you with two slide wallpapers which shows your chosen Apps, while the other one does your Apps list (Simply slide left with your finger)

You could also put widgets on your main wallpaper.
I am not yet familiar with this theme, but it is sure it will give me lots of pleasure and can help me escape from sick and tired of Android normal Theme.
